Terms and Conditions

LOW SEASON

From 1st of April to 31st of July

  • To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of one night room tariff by credit card via PayPal We will send an invoice to you or by a bank deposit, if you have your bank account in India.
  • Cancellation before 15 days will result in no retention - deposit will be returned less any charges charged by PayPal or bank.
  • Cancellation within 15 days will result in retention of entire deposit
  • The deposit is non-transferable

Please note and take it positively that we will not be responsible and will not be able to refund you, If you miss the train/bus/flight or could not get the train/bus/flight ticket as reservation is full OR your train/bus/flight cancelled or cancelled because of strike, agitations or undue reasons.

  • If you are sick and unable to reach to us at the last moment on the arrival date, we request you to inform us well in time. To get the refund of your money we require scan copies of :
  • A proper description of a doctor(with registration no.) at the recognised hospital of the area and if you are hospitalised we need the scan copy of entry and discharge ticket
  • Description of doctor at home will not be acceptable
  • Medicine bills ,your name on the bill from a chemist of the area

HIGH SEASON

From 1st of August to 31st of March (EXCLUDE THE PEAK TIME)

  • To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of one night’s room tariff by credit card via PayPal. We will send an invoice to you.
  • Cancellation before 15 days will result in no retention - deposit will be returned less any charges charged by PayPal
  • Cancellation within 15days will result in retention of entire deposit
  • The deposit is non-transferable

Please note and take it positively that we will not be responsible and will not be able to refund you, If you miss the train/bus/flight or could not get the train/bus/flight ticket as reservation is full OR your train/bus/flight cancelled or cancelled because of strike, agitations or undue reasons.

EXTREME HIGH SEASON(THE PEAK TIME)

DIWALI VACATION 20th of Oct,2011 to 05th of Nov.2011
CHRISTMAS NEW YEAR PERIOD 20th December 2011 – 20th January 2012
JAISALMER DESERT FESTIVAL 05th of Feb.2012 to 08th of Feb.2012

  • To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of the entire stay by credit card via PayPal. We will send an invoice to you.
  • Cancellation before 28 days will result in no retention - deposit will be returned less any charges charged by PayPal
  • Cancellation within 28 days will result in retention of entire deposit
  • The deposit is non-transferable

Please note and take it positively that we will not be responsible and will not be able to refund you, If you miss the train/bus/flight or could not get the train/bus/flight ticket as reservation is full OR your train/bus/flight cancelled or cancelled because of strike, agitations,fog or any undue reasons.

  • We will not be responsible for any kind of natural calamity or national emergency declared by your country incase of undue problems in India. The terms and conditions will not be effected by this reasons.

Please note on above condition we will consider to refund you one night room tariff during the extremely high tourist season

ROOMS

  • The rooms are all double rooms with an attached bathroom. Twin rooms are available on request. (Except for the Suite room)
  • Please note and take it positively that
  • Except the suite/family rooms, the rooms size is 09 x 13 feet and the bathroom size is 06 x 08 feet.
  • We do not provide room services.
  • We have no electricity back up in our hotels. Although the electricity cut-out is rare in the Jaisalmer City.
  • We have fast internet services in the hotel and also have wi-fi internet. It will cost you Rs.80 per hour.
  • We do not have lift in the hotel.
  • We do not have swimming pool in our hotels.
  • Please take it absolutely positively that we do not allow smoking in the rooms.
  • The check in time is 12.30pm and the check out time is 10.30am.
  • You can leave your baggage in the hotel. If any room is free before leaving, we will be happy to offer you to use. Please do not insist us to extend the check out time.
  • Extra persons over 5 years of age are charged at Rs 950 per person night includes breakfast. Child below 5 years are free with the room but the breakfast for the child below 5 years will be chargeable.
  • Maximum 3 people per room
  • Strictly we DO NOT accommodate drivers

RESTAURANT

Break-fast time: 07.00AM to 10.00AM
Lunch Time: 12.30pm to 3.30pm
Dinner Time: 7.30pm to 10.30pm

TRANSPORT

  • Complimentary pick-up is offered from Jaisalmer train or bus station by rickshaw or if available our jeep
  • Pick-up and drop-off at the airport is charged at Rs 175 per person
